Programs are research, outreach and knowledge-transfer units focused on a specific theme. Once approved, they are established without a time limit and remain active while its purpose continues, according to the decision of its directors or the authorities of the Institute for the Study of Law, Justice and Society (IDEJUS). Although not mandatory, a cross-cutting approach to the proposed areas and the formation of interdisciplinary research groups are encouraged.
